Introducing........The New Suzanne!

Suzanne has been bugging us to let her get a REAL professional haircut for quite a while now and she has wished for bangs for what seems like forever but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I have been trimming the back of her hair but that's all she's ever had before. Until today, that is! She FINALLY convinced us this was what she really wanted, and she wouldn't change her mind after it was too late. We told her about "Locks of Love" and she got really excited and said she wanted to donate her hair. I explained to her how much we would have to cut off for the donation and we tried to imagine it in the mirror. Then we put her hair into several ponytails and marked them off with rubber bands where to cut. When she was really sure it was OK to cut, I took her down to the "HairCuttery" and explained what we wanted to do. The following pictures illustrate the results! All I can say is WOW!!!!! Suzanne says she loves it!

Lawrence Gardinier's Car Show and Art show

As you may know, my brother-in-law, Lawrence (Larry) Gardinier is an automotive artist extraordinaire. Not only does he do incredibly detailed paintings for prints, miniature paintings on watches, motorcycles, and cars, he also fixes up cars inside and out and puts his creative painting touches to the cars in ways you have never seen. Check out his hand painted art car! Very cool!

Also he has a Automotive Art Show in Marietta, GA this upcoming weekend.
