Photo shoot slideshow

This is a quick little slideshow that has been edited down from 102 shots to about 52. All the pictures were taken November 2, 2005 at Portrait Innovations for our Christmas pictures and general family photos. They did a really great job and we were able to get our photos an hour later. Michele Gardinier recommended them to us and now we recommend them to you. www.portraitinnovations.com

It's a 3.4 MB file that is small for Cable and DSL connections but might take a minute or two for a dail-up connection. It's worth the wait though, there are some really great shots of the kids and our family! It even has some music to it. Enjoy!

Catching up

Wow, time really got away from me this time! I've decided the best way to catch everyone up to speed is to publish several short posts about each event. So I'll start by back-tracking to Halloween. This year Suzanne and Jack had a much more active role in creating their Jack-o-Lanterns. They decided what style, and even drew out parts of the faces for us to carve for them. Suzanne opted for a scary face that she created herself and Jack chose a silly face which he art-directed and I drew out. We then took it a step further by adding some silly Potato Head peices. Jay took the kids Trick-or-Treating around the neighborhood as a Royal Procession. Jay had a King's crown and robe left from a reference photoshoot he did
earlier this year. Suzanne was a Princess, of course and Jack was a knight. They had "a time befitting of royalty".
